Clinic Backups is a private tool of Dr Noha Vision. It is used only with the clinic's own Google account (noha.vision.clinic@gmail.com); no patient or visitor signs in to it.
Google data it uses. One permission, drive.file, which gives access only to files the tool creates. The tool creates one folder, uploads encrypted backups there every night, and deletes its own backups after 90 days. It cannot see other Drive files and collects no other Google data.
Storage. Backups are encrypted before upload, and only the clinic holds the key. The Google access token is a private server setting and is never shared.
Sharing. Google data is not shared, sold or used for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Removing access. At myaccount.google.com/permissions. Backups then stop, and saved files stay until the clinic deletes them.
